Armenian weightlifter Hripsime Khurshudyan wins bronze in London
YEREVAN, August 6. /ARKA/. Armenia’s weightlifter Hripsime Khurshudyan (75 kg) won a bronze medal at London 2012 Summer Olympic Games Sunday.
Khurshudyan lifted a total of 294 kg (128+166). It was the first medal Armenian Olympic team won in London.
Hripsime Khurshudyan was a champion of Europe (2007), a world bronze champion of 2009, Europe’s three time silver medalist (2006, 2009, 2011).
