U.S. urges release of all Armenian prisoners of war held in Azerbaijan

The US urges the release of all remaining Armenian detainees and exchange of remains, the US Department of States Bureau on European and Eurasian Affairs said today welcoming the return of five Armenian service members who were detained on November 16, 2021.

European Parliament demands that Azerbaijan release without delay all remaining Armenian detainees

The Chair of the European Parliament Delegation for relations with the South Caucasus, MEP Marina Kaljurand, the European Parliament's Standing Rapporteur on Armenia, MEP Andrey Kovatchev, and the European Parliament's Standing Rapporteur on Azerbaijan, MEP Željana Zovko, issued a joint statement on the reported mistreatment of Armenian prisoners in Azerbaijan.
