Some 18,472 real estate transactions were registered in Armenia in September 2014 – 11.1% more than in September 2013 and 4.9% more than in August 2014, the State Real Estate Cadastre says in its report.
YEREVAN, October 27./ARKA/. Some 18,472 real estate transactions were registered in Armenia in September 2014 – 11.1% more than in September 2013 and 4.9% more than in August 2014, the State Real Estate Cadastre says in its report.
The largest number of deals was registered in Yerevan – they made up 35% of the total number of transactions in Armenia, and the smallest number in Vayots Dzor – 1.2%.
Kotayk province accounted for 15.2% of the total number of transactions, Armavir for 8.8%, Ararat for 7.9%, Lori for 5.5%, Gegarkunik for 6.1%, Shirak for 6.6%, Aragatsotn for 7.3%, Syunik for 3.3% and Tavush for 3.1%.
According to the report, immovable property alienation transactions made up 23.2% of the total number, primary registrations 11.2%, inheritance transactions 10.2%, mortgage transactions 10.5%, leasing transactions 3.3% and other state registrations 41.6%. --0----
