AAS Industria Company will invest AMD 115 million in production of heat-sensitive paper and labels in Armenia, Suren Karayan, Armenian economic development and investments minister, said Thursday at a regular Cabinet meeting.
YEREVAN, May 12. /ARKA/. AAS Industria Company will invest AMD 115 million in production of heat-sensitive paper and labels in Armenia, Suren Karayan, Armenian economic development and investments minister, said Thursday at a regular Cabinet meeting.
At the session, the government exempted the company from duty in importing technologic equipment and raw materials.
“The company is planning to launch the production of heat-sensitive paper and self-stick heat-sensitive labels, which will make it possible to create 10 new jobs,” Karayan said.
The minister said that the output will amount to AMD 750 million, of which products worth AMD 470 million will be sold in Armenia, and the remaining products will be sent to third countries’ markets. ($1 – AMD 484.44). --0---
