Alex Textile to invest 15.6 billion drams in expansion of output

YEREVAN, May 2. /ARKA/. Alex Textile Armenian company will invest more than 15.6 billion drams in the expansion of production. This in mind, the government decided today to award it customs benefits as part of the company’s ongoing investment project.

According to the government’s decision, of the planned investments, some 14.1 billion drams will be spent on the purchase of raw materials, and 1.5 billion drams on the purchase of equipment and the construction of new divisions.

Currently, the company employs 1,104 people. After the implementation of the investment program, some 400 new jobs will be created with an average salary of 115 thousand drams. ($1 - 480.48 drams). --0--
