Armenian Ameriabank has announced a new deposit offer to its individual customers called "Know the price of money.
YEREVAN, October 16. / ARKA /. Armenian Ameriabank has announced a new deposit offer to its individual customers called "Know the price of money.
According to a press release of the bank, the offer was first announced in 2010 and was welcomed by the bank’s clients.
The new offer will be effective until December 30, 2012. The difference from other types of deposits is that the interests are paid once the deposit is made.
According to the press release, the annual cost of the deposits is $93.68 per $100, 94.71 euros per 100 euros and 903 drams per 1000 Armenian drams.
"The depositors may receive the difference between the deposit amount and the amount to be receivable at the end of the year when the deposit is made. The difference is taxed in accordance with the law," the press release says.
The offer also provides depositors with additional opportunities such as receiving payment cards without paying maintenance commissions for two years, a credit line on the card with preferential maturity period.
Individual time deposits of Ameriabank in the first nine months of 2012 jumped by 27% year-on-year and by 24 percent from the beginning of this year to more than 42 billion drams as of September 30, the bank said.
