Ameriabank develops new design of payment cards, tailored to wishes of clients (VIDEO)

YEREVAN, April 29. /ARKA/. Ameriabank has unveiled today a new design of its payment cards, tailored to wishes of its clients. Coats of arms of Armenian kingdoms and princely dynasties are the brightest elements of the new card design, the bank said in a press release.

To develop the concept of cards the bank held a series of events, including an open contest among designers, customer surveys, discussions with the staff of the bank. To understand the wishes of customers, the bank created focus groups representing different segments (age, gender, as well as by type of card use).

Some 71% of women and 72% of men who participated in the survey expressed a desire to see cards with Armenian elements. At the same time, 59% of women and 73% of men expressed a desire for black, minimalist, simple, and classic style cards.

Based on the feedback and suggestions Ameriabank developed a new card design concept, which is minimalist, simple, classic with a strong Armenian identity. The design is based on the core values shared by the bank and its clients, such as growth, stability, heritage, identity, trust and development.
