According to the fourth video, released by the bank today, Ameriabank has some 976 people on its payrolls, with about 63% of the bank’s staff being women.
The average salary of bank employees is about 602,000 drams, 3.5 times higher than the average salary in the country. The bank has invested so far about $1.5 million in staff development.
According to the first video, Ameriabank managed to become the first financial organization in the history of independent Armenia, whose assets and loan portfolio exceeded $1 billion.
According to the second video, over the last decade the bank’s lending to the Armenian economy amounted to $4.5 billion.
According to the third video, Ameriabank accounts for 30% of Armenia’s corporate bond, having made 22 bond placements over the last ten years to the tune of 18.5 billion drams, $7 million and 3 million euros.
