Ameriabank is the winner in four of 12 nominations of the NASDAQ OMX Armenia Best Member Awards 2014, the bank's press office reported on Tuesday.

YEREVAN, February 24. /ARKA/. Ameriabank is the winner in four of 12 nominations of the NASDAQ OMX Armenia Best Member Awards 2014, the bank's press office reported on Tuesday. The stock exchange named winners on February 20.

Ameriabank was recognized the Best Exchange Member in Repo/Swap Transactions, the Best Account Operator-Custodian of Depository System in Foreign Securities Market and the Best Account Operator of Depository System 2014.

Besides, Arzuman Dallakyan, trader of Ameriabank, was singled out as the Best Trading Partner for 2014 through voting by secret ballot among the traders representing Exchange members.

The Annual Ceremony was held for the 5th time already. During the Awards NASDAQ Armenia announced the best exchange members and the best Account operators of depository system in different categories.

Ameriabank CJSC is a universal bank providing investment, corporate and retail banking services in a package. Ameriabank is the first investment bank in Armenia. It started providing a wide range of innovative banking services in 2007.

The bank's assets totaled AMD 399.7 billion in 2014 (26.9% year-on-year growth) and liabilities AMD 357.4 billion (29.3% growth). The bank built up its capital by 9.43% in 2014 to AMD 42.3 billion.
