ARARAT Wine Factory will invest about AMD 3.1 billion in its production process, Suren Karayan, Armenian economic development and integration minister, said Thursday at a regular Cabinet session.
YEREVAN, April 21. /ARKA/. ARARAT Wine Factory will invest about AMD 3.1 billion in its production process, Suren Karayan, Armenian economic development and integration minister, said Thursday at a regular Cabinet session.
In his words, the factory intends to acquire new lines for producing spirits and bottling. This will increase its output and improve its products’ quality.
Karayan said that 23 new jobs with an AMD 160,000 average salary will be created as part of the investment program.
A three-year value added tax adjournment is proposed to be provided to the company in import of its equipment.
ARARAT Wine Factory has been operating since 1903. It produces wine, brandy, vodka and other spirits. --0----
