Armenia’s trade with Poland increased by 13% in 2016, according to Vladimir Amiryan, a senior official of the Armenian chamber of commerce and industry.
YEREVAN, October 4. /ARKA/. Armenia’s trade with Poland increased by 13% in 2016, according to Vladimir Amiryan, a senior official of the Armenian chamber of commerce and industry.
"The Armenian-Polish trade turnover in 2016 amounted to $53.94 million, of which one third or $18.8 million were Armenian exports to Poland and $36.1 million were imports from Poland," he said at the Armenian-Polish business forum today.
In his words, the bulk of imports are cosmetic and hygiene products, pharmaceuticals, chocolate and cocoa. According to last year’s data, Armenian exports to Poland are made of aluminum foil, alcoholic drinks and cigarettes.
The official highlighted the development of cooperation in the field of services, in particular in the field of tourism and high technology. -0-
