Armenian State Revenue Committee searches Arinj Mall

Acting on a court ruling, Armenia’s State Revenue Committee (SRC) began April 10 a search in LLC Firma New, a company managing Arinj Mall shopping center. SRC said the search is part of a criminal case initiated by the Criminal Investigation Department against the company on the grounds of Article 205 of the Criminal Code (non-payment of taxes, duties or other mandatory payments).
YEREVAN, April 10. /ARKA/. Acting on a court ruling, Armenia’s State Revenue Committee (SRC) began April 10 a search in LLC Firma New, a company managing Arinj Mall shopping center. SRC said the search is part of a criminal case initiated by the Criminal Investigation Department against the company on the grounds of Article 205 of the Criminal Code (non-payment of taxes, duties or other mandatory payments).
The SRC said that investigative and procedural actions are carried out within the framework of the law, and urged all to refrain from giving political implications to lawful actions carried out in respect of economic entities that allegedly violate the law and evade taxes as well as from attempts to influence that way its employees. --0--
