ArmenTel CEO Igor Klimko made a mutual decision with the all sides to resign, the company reported to ARKA on Wednesday.
YEREVAN, December 19. /ARKA/. ArmenTel CEO Igor Klimko made a mutual decision with the all sides to resign, the company reported to ARKA on Wednesday.
“Igor Klimko made a decision to resign by mutual agreement of the sides. Such decision was also supported by Vimpelcom Ltd. management. No third-party individuals made Klimko leave his post,” the company quoted Vimpelcom representative Artem Minaev.
Klimko has been running ArmenTel CJSC since April 2010. Before that he was at the helm of Takom LLC., Vimplecom subsidiary in Tajikistan.
ArmenTel is fully owned by Russian VimpelCom, one of the worlds largest integrated telecommunications operators. ArmenTel provides mobile and fixed telephony as well as high-speed Internet.—0-
