Son of the president of United Aircraft Building Corporation Mikhail Poghosyan 27-year-old Artem Poghosyan is appointed economy and finance senior vice-president of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft producing Sukhoi SuperJet-100, “Vedomosti” Russian newspaper reported Thursday.
YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. Son of the president of United Aircraft Building Corporation Mikhail Poghosyan 27-year-old Artem Poghosyan is appointed economy and finance senior vice-president of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft producing Sukhoi SuperJet-100, “Vedomosti” Russian newspaper reported Thursday.
Poghosyan is the most competent manager able to solve financial and economic problems the company faces, representative of the company told the newspaper.
The new top manager is now participating in the negotiations with contractors and made an impression of “a specialist of sound mind”, employee of one of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft partner company employee said as quoted by RIA Novosti, Novosti-Armenia reported.
Artem Poghosyan graduated from the High School of Economy. He has been working in Sukhoi Civil Aircraft since 2005, the company’s rep says. He was promoted to analysis and economic surveillance director over a couple of years and was appointed as deputy to senior vice-president for economy and finance. Artem Poghosyan lived in the United States for some time for promotion of МС-21 aircraft under design, Sukhoi Civil Aircraft company’s source said.
Sukhoi Civil Aircraft was founded in 2000 with its headoffice in Moscow. Its current major project is designing of a family of Russian regional aircrafts Sukhoi SuperJet. -0-
