Average market prices for single family detached homes in Yerevan didn’t change in March 2016, compared with the previous month, the Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
YEREVAN, May 16. /ARKA/. Average market prices for single family detached homes in Yerevan didn’t change in March 2016, compared with the previous month, the Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
Some 363 sale-purchase transactions were formalized in Armenia in March 2016, of which 93 in Yerevan.
Yerevan’s Kentron (Center) and Arabkir districts were singled out in the report for the highest average prices – AMD 476,100 and AMD 383,000 respectively, and Nubarashen for the lowest average price – AMD 150,800 per one square meter.
The highest price in provinces was recorded in Tsakhkadzor, popular resort in Kotayk province. One square meter in single family detached homes was sold at AMD 305,000, on average, here in March 2016.
Dastakert (Syunik province) and Tumanyan (Lori province) were singled out in the report for the lowest prices – AMD 11,600 and AMD 12,000 respectively. ($1 – AMD 479.34). --0---
