The number one problem of Armenian businesses is low productivity, which is dozens of times lower than that of advanced countries, BSC founder and managing partner Samvel Gevorgyan said in an interview with ARKA-Business on ARKA YouTube channel.

YEREVAN, January 31. /ARKA/. The number one problem of Armenian businesses is low productivity, which is dozens of times lower than that of advanced countries, BSC founder and managing partner Samvel Gevorgyan said in an interview with ARKA-Business on ARKA YouTube channel.

According to him, from this point of view, digitization of businesses will lead to serious changes.

"The future belongs to those companies, which are innovative and offer technological solutions. The sphere does not matter at all, be it hi-tech production, production of dishes, bread or tourism services. What matters is that technological solutions must be there," said Gevorgyan.

According to him, everything - from customer communication management and accounting systems to understanding customer needs - must be done through artificial intelligence.

This is to be done so that the customer comes back and is offered what they really want. Digitization of business, reduction of dependence on humans, external environment, automation of business processes will increase efficiency, believes Gevorgyan.
