YEREVAN, January 16. /ARKA/. The Dalma Garden Mall in Yerevan said it will resume work within the next 7-10 days.

Earlier, the management of the shopping center said it had invited a team of experts from Moscow to check whether the ventilation system was the reason of a series of tremors, which made the staff and visitors leave the center several days ago.

On January 9, the staff and visitors of Dalma Garden trading center in the Armenian capital city Yerevan were evacuated after a series of tremors. The Ministry of Emergencies denied rumors of an earthquake, saying no natural tremors were recorded across the country. It said also the building and the surrounding area were carefully examined in order to find out the cause of the tremors.

According to the ministry, the possible reason might be the engineering work that was carried out nearby.

"According to oral conclusions, the building does not have structural or other problems. The management asked state bodies for a written conclusion. The center will resume work within 7-10 days after receiving the conclusion," the trading center said. -0-
