Foreign investments in Armenia’s real economy sector in the outgoing year totaled 53.2 billion drams, economy minister Tigran Davtian said today at a final news conference this year.

YEREVAN, December 27. /ARKA/. Foreign investments in Armenia’s real economy sector in the outgoing year totaled 53.2 billion drams, economy minister Tigran Davtian said today at a final news conference this year.

He said the government has approved investment programs of 11 companies which altogether plan to create 1,150 new jobs. He also said that since 2009 the government has approved also 22 projects of some 20 foreign companies which will have invested here a total of 82.7 billion drams and create 2,129 new jobs. He said 1,440 of them have been already created. -0-
