Kapavor Company will invest AMD 1 billion in construction in Armenia and Artsakh (Karabakh), Suren Karayan, Armenian economic development and investments minister, said on Thursday.
YEREVAN, May 5. /ARKA/. Kapavor Company will invest AMD 1 billion in construction in Armenia and Artsakh (Karabakh), Suren Karayan, Armenian economic development and investments minister, said on Thursday.
At its regular meeting on Thursday, the county’s government granted a three-year VAT payment adjournment to the company.
“The company intends to implement large construction programs in Armenia and Artsakh, and it is carrying out re-equipment now for that,” Karayan said.
Around AMD 885 million of the implied investments, he said, will be spent on purchasing necessary machinery.
In his words, 167 new jobs with an average salary of AMD 165,000 will be created during the implementation of the program in 2017.
The average salary will be raised to 172,000 in 2018 and to AMD 180,000 in 2019. ($1 – AMD 848.77). --0---
