One of the largest audit companies – BDO obtained the full package of shares of “Ameria Audit”

YEREVAN, March 20. /ARKA/. One of the largest international audit companies - BDO (Binder Dijker Otte  Co) obtained 100% of shares of “Ameria Audit”, said partner on international relations of BDO Aleksandr Verenkov on Tuesday in the press-conference.

He declined to announce the transaction amount, considering it inappropriate. 

“The principle of open partnership is most fully realized in BDO, that is why we will welcome all the local companies that would like to cooperate with us and join BDO”, he said. 

Director of “BDO Armenia” Artur Andreasyan said that in the result of the deal there will not be serious changes in the strategy of the company, particularly in the proposed package of services. 

“The company will provide audit and related services, accounting and financial consultations”, he said.

The proposed services by the company “BDO Armenia” include, particularly conduction of specialized expertise, preparation of financial reports in accordance with international standards, provision of full package of services in tax operations, planning and calculation of taxes, duties and other mandatory payments, provision of services on the assessment of business and property, consulting services in financial, tax and managerial spheres, as well as consultations in IT sphere.

Andreasyan said that the company expects growth of clients database. “Today our clients are mainly large companies such as “ArmenTel”, Yerevan subway, and I think that they will work with us in future”, he said, declining to announce the number of the company’s clients.

Director on Development of the group “Ameria” Tigran Jerbashyan said that due to this deal a serious partner system of relationship with BDO is obtained.

“It increases the group “Ameria” several times compared to the period when we had inside our group the company “Ameria Audit””, he said.
