Orbi Group to open sales office in Yerevan

Orbi Group, the largest construction and development holding company in Georgia, will open a sales office in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan in the first quarter of 2019, the company's CEO Irakli Kvergelidze said during a press tour for journalists in Georgia’s Black Sea town of Batumi.
YEREVAN, August 29. /ARKA/. Orbi Group, the largest construction and development holding company in Georgia, will open a sales office in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan in the first quarter of 2019, the company's CEO Irakli Kvergelidze said during a press tour for journalists in Georgia’s Black Sea town of Batumi.
"Indeed, it is surprising that we have not yet opened an office in Armenia. However, under our strategic plan of actions, we will open it in Yerevan in the first quarter of 2019. Our company has many clients from Armenia, in particular from Yerevan, and the opening of a sales office in the Armenian capital is a foregone conclusion," said Kvergelidze.
According to him, at present the company has 21 offices in seven countries. "Our goal is to open sales offices in all cities in the former Soviet republics with a population of more than 500,000 people," Kvergelidze said.
According to him, the company offers its clients rented apartments in the best hotel complexes, such as Twin Tower. "Rented apartments are owned by our clients, where they can live at any time of the year. When they are absent, we, at their request, offer their apartments for rent enabling owners to receive a guaranteed income. The payback period is no longer than five years," said Kvergelidze.
He also noted that ORBI Group helps to obtain a residence permit in Georgia for a fee of 35 thousand US dollars.
