Over 40 Armenian companies to take part in ProdExpo 2017 food fair in Moscow

Armenia-made food products will be presented in two pavilions at PRODEXPO 2017 international food exhibition, slated for February 6-10 in Russia’s capital city Moscow, Armenia’s trade representative in Russia Karen Asoyan said.
YEREVAN, February 2. /ARKA/. Armenia-made food products will be presented in two pavilions at PRODEXPO 2017 international food exhibition, slated for February 6-10 in Russia’s capital city Moscow, Armenia’s trade representative in Russia Karen Asoyan said.
Armenian ministry of economic development and investments quoted Asoyan as saying at a news conference in Moscow that about 44 Armenian companies engaged in the production of food, brandy and wines, will showcase their products at the exhibition.
Armenian Development Fund and the Ministry of Agriculture will show support to these companies to participate in the event.
Armenia's trade representative also said that an agreement was reached with major Russian retail chains to visit Armenian pavilions.
Some 2000 companies form 60 countries are expected to participate in the 24th PRODEXPO 2017 international exhibition of food products, beverages and raw materials for their production. -0-
