Panarmenian bank and Ameriabank to cooperate in export expansion

Pan-Armenian Bank and Ameriabank of Armenia signed a memorandum of understanding.
YEREVAN, July 9. /АРКА/. Pan-Armenian Bank and Ameriabank of Armenia signed a memorandum of understanding.
The document was signed by general executive director of Pan-Armenian Bank Vahram Nersisiants and the chairman of directorate and general director of Ameriabank Artak Anesyan.
The partners will be initiating co-funded projects to expand capacities of export-oriented enterprises that implement investment programs, Ameribank’s press office said.
The heads of the banks said the cooperation will help boost the country’s economy through new long-term financing opportunities.
The parties will also analyze future prospects for joint financing.
Ameriabank closed joint stock company is a universal bank offering investment, corporate and retail banking services in a complex solution package. Ameriabank has been the first investment bank in Armenia. It has been providing a wide range of innovative banking services since 2007.
Pan-Armenian Bank opened in September 2011 aims at financing mid-terms investments of mid-sized export-oriented enterprises in Armenia. The bank deals with no state projects and its operations are regulated by the country’s central bank.–0--
