Average prices for single-family detached houses in Yerevan remained unchanged in the first quarter of this year, compared with the fourth quarter of the previous year, the Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
YEREVAN, May 5. /ARKA/. Average prices for single-family detached houses in Yerevan remained unchanged in the first quarter of this year, compared with the fourth quarter of the previous year, the Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
One square meter here cost 286,600 drams in the first quarter of this year against 283,800 drams in the same quarter a year before.
According to the report, 1,188 sale-purchase transactions were registered in the country in the Q1 2014, of which 291 in Yerevan.
Yerevan’s Kentron and Arabkir districts were singled out in the report for the highest prices for one square meter in single-family detached houses in Yerevan – 476,100 and 383,000 respectively, while Nubarashen district accounted for the lowest average price – 150,500.
The average price in Tsakhkadzor, an Armenian popular resort, was highest in Armenia - 305,000 per one square meter, and in Dastakert, Syunik province, and Tumanyan, Lori province, prices were lowest – 11,610 drams and 12,000 drams respectively. ($1 – AMD 413.59). -0---
