Prices for single-family detached houses in Yerevan remain unchanged in October

YEREVAN, November 28. /ARKA/. Average prices for single-family detached houses in Yerevan remained unchanged in October, compared with September, the State Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia reports. Some 449 immovable property sale-purchase transactions were registered in Armenia in October, of which 125 in Yerevan. According to the report, the highest prices were recorded in Yerevan’s Kentron and Arabkir districts – AMD 476,100 and 383,000 per one square meter respectively, and the lowest prices were recorded in Nubarashen – AMD 150,800 per one square meter. Single-family detached houses were most expensive in the popular resort of Tsakhkadazor in October – they are sold at AMD 305,000 per one square meter and the cheapest houses were in Dastakert and Tumanyan communities – AMD 11,610 and 12,000 respectively.
