Russian food watchdog to inspect Armenian enterprises producing products of animal origin

Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) said it will inspect enterprises in Armenia, which produce products of animal origin.

YEREVAN, January 23. / ARKA /. Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) said it will inspect enterprises in Armenia, which produce products of animal origin.
It said inspections will be conducted from 26 of January to 6 of February. The Russian food watchdog plans to inspect companies supplying raw materials to processing enterprises and other organizations involved in the manufacture or control of products of animal origin, Novosti Armenia reported.
Armenia's export to Russia in January-June 2014 fell by 6.4 percent to approximately $133.9 million, while imports from Russia to Armenia grew by 1.4 percent to $462 million. -- 0--
