The South Caucasus railway company said Thursday it will introduce new regulations for the passengers to return tickets for international trips in December 1, 2012.
YEREVAN, September 13. /ARKA/. The South Caucasus railway company said Thursday it will introduce new regulations for the passengers to return tickets for international trips in December 1, 2012.
In the framework of the new regulations, SCR passengers will be able to return tickets only after presenting their passports, ticket stubs, e-ticket code.
A passenger will get a full reimbursement returning a ticket within 120 hours before the train departure.
In case of returning a ticket less than 120 hours, but no later than 24 hours before the train departure, a passenger will be reimbursed just 85% of the ticket cost.
In case of returning a ticket less than 25 hours, but no later than 2 hours before the train departure a passenger will be reimbursed 75% of the ticket cost.
Tickets can’t be returned 2 hours prior the train departure.
Passengers will get the refund of service and insurance charges. Passengers will be charged 600 drams per each return ticket.
South Caucasus Railways, a 100-percent subsidiary of Russian Railways, runs Armenian Railway.
Armenian Railways was handed over to the South Caucasus Railways on February 13, 2008 for 30-year concession management with a right to
