Seven-day Buissup Global Forum kicks off in Armenian Dilijan

YEREVAN, September 8. /ARKA/. The Buissup Global Forum, whose purpose is to create a platform for the development of youth entrepreneurship in Armenia, kicked off in the resort town of Dilijan on Monday.
The event is the final stage of the Armenian Business Forum 2021, which is slated for September 20 in the capital Yerevan. The cycle of business events is organized by the Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs with the support of the Tashir Group of Companies.
During the seven-day event, more than two hundred young people from different parts of the world will have a unique opportunity to acquire new skills, present their projects, and find partners for their implementation.
“The development of youth entrepreneurship is a growth point for the country's economy, one of the priority areas for small and medium-sized businesses. Today we see that many talented young people are ready to bring their own business ideas to life. Therefore, it is important that we consolidate resources, give an impetus to the development of business activity of the young people, and create conditions for the development of such projects, "said Samvel Karapetyan, President and Founder of the Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs and founder of the Tashir Group of Companies, in his welcoming speech.
The Buissup Global Forum comprises a series of educational and business programs, lectures and other discussion formats covering such areas as the basics of entrepreneurship, financial management, marketing and sales, communications and others - everything that helps launch one’s own business.
The key speakers are the heads of large companies, including transnational corporations, representatives of successful start-up projects, entrepreneurship development funds and qualified business trainers who will share their experience and talk about their path to building a successful company.
The Buissup Global Forum program includes a panel discussion on the topic “Mission 2030: Armenia’s Technological Future and Business Development.” The key speakers are Synopsys Armenia Director Hovik Musaelyan, FAST Foundation General Director Armen Orujyan, Startup Armenia founder Hakob Hakobyan and the Crowdfunding Formula founder Gevorg Poghosyan.
The event in Dilijan will result in an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to present their projects to a professional jury. The selected finalists will present them on September 20 at the Armenian Business Forum 2021, which will be attended by representatives of large businesses and investors.
Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs
The Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs is a non-profit organization that has brought together successful businessmen of Armenian origin with the aim of establishing and strengthening trade and economic ties between Russia and Armenia.
