YEREVAN, January 25. /ARKA/. Samvel Karapetyan, the president of Tashir Group, is ranked third in Forbes’ Russian Real Estate Kings 2019 list.
According to Forbes, Tashir Group’s profits from leasing commercial, office and storage facilities totaled $670 million in 2018.
Tashir Group invested around $3 billion in Russia’s commercial immovable property in 2018 – about 40% less than a year before.
There are Russian and foreign owners of commercial immovable property located in Russia’s territory.
Only income produced by immovable property in Russia’s territory has been considered for composing the ranking, and no income from other businesses has been considered.
The ranking is based on the information provided by lessors and also on the data provided by the consulting companies Colliers International, Russian Research Group, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE, S.A. Ricci as well as sector internet sources, Spark Information System, Moscow’s authorities and regional governing offices. -0---
