VTB Bank (Armenia) has launched a new distant service for its clients - Video Banking, the press office of the bank reported on Tuesday. Video Banking is used for performing banking transactions or professional banking consultations via Skype remote video connection.

YEREVAN, August 20. /ARKA/. VTB Bank (Armenia) has launched a new distant service for its clients - Video Banking, the press office of the bank reported on Tuesday. Video Banking is used for performing banking transactions or professional banking consultations via Skype remote video connection.

To enjoy the service you should call the bank's contact center on Monday to Friday at 09:30 to 17:30 or on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 via Skype video, and after that you can receive any information about accounts and current contracts.

You can also carry out the following non-cash transactions: transfers from one your account to another your account, intra-banking and inter-banking transfers in Armenia's territory, to the government budget and also international transfers via money transfer systems and via SWIFT system; non-cash foreign exchange transactions; payment of utility bills; repayment of loans; formalization and replenishment of  deposit accounts; the opening or closing of card, banking and saving accounts and activation of SMS banking service.
