VTB (Armenia) launches first banking chatbot in WhatsApp and Facebook messengers

YEREVAN, November 25. /ARKA/. VTB Bank (Armenia) said today that individuals can make money transfers to Russia in Russian rubles, U.S. dollars and Euros at reduced rates from November 25, 2021 to February 25, 2022.

The bank said that during the three-month long offer individuals can make money transfers in Russian rubles, U.S. dollars and euros to bank accounts in Russia on favorable terms through the SWIFT system. During the promo period for urgent money transfers in Russian rubles to all banks of the Russian Federation the bank will charge 2,390 dram commission regardless of the money transfer amount.

The commission for money transfers in USD and EUR to VTB Bank (PJSC) and Sberbank of Russia is

2,390 drams, while the commission for money transfers in the same currencies to other Russian banks is 0.1% of the transfer amount, however, the minimum commission is 3,900 drams.

The money transfer is credited to the recipient's account in one hour. The offer is both for current customers and individuals, who are not clients of VTB (Armenia).

To send a SWIFT money transfer one needs to visit a branch of the bank with ID, specify the full name of the recipient, the recipient's account number in the Russian bank and details of the beneficiary bank. One can also send a money transfer remotely through Video Bank by calling an employee of the bank via Skype.
