VTB Bank (Armenia) has unveiled today a new scheme designed to improve the process of servicing legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in its branches.
YEREVAN, October 22. /ARКА/. VTB Bank (Armenia) has unveiled today a new scheme designed to improve the process of servicing legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in its branches.
The new scheme is being used now in Arabkir, Erebuni, Spandaryan and Myasnikyan branches, where the bank's corporate clients and individual entrepreneurs are serviced by a specialized employee.
The bank said in a press release that the branches have special areas for servicing corporate clients and individual entrepreneurs. They also have the opportunity to use the services of a personal manager, and to reserve a visit to the bank through the online queue app.
The following services are available to businesses: promotional offers for loan obtaining, leasing, factoring, deposits, a full package of settlement and cash services, business cards, as well as documentary operations.
