The Yerevan Chemical and Pharmaceutical Company will invest 293.9 million drams in boosting production, economic development and investments minister Suren Karayan said at a government meeting on Thursday.

YEREVAN, April 13. /ARKA/. The Yerevan Chemical and Pharmaceutical Company will invest 293.9 million drams in boosting production, economic development and investments minister Suren Karayan said at a government meeting on Thursday.

The government provided today the company with a set of customs benefits for import of technological equipment and raw materials. Karayan said the imported equipment will be used to increase output up to 1.3 billion drams.

He said the company’s products will be imported to countries which are members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The minister noted that at the moment the company has 176 people on its payroll, who receive 140,000 drams a month. Their number is expected to increase by 15-20 people as a result of the investment program ($1-486. 59 drams). --0--
