On Friday, Government of Armenia approved the changes and amendments in the law “On state benefits”.

YEREVAN, May 20. /ARKA/. On Friday, Government of Armenia approved the changes and amendments in the law “On state benefits”.

Deputy Minister of Social Welfare of Armenia Artyom Asatryan said that in 2011 there were difficulties in the process of benefit assignment, particularly the lump-sum benefit on childbirth and the benefit for child care from 0-2 years.

Problems are mainly related to the provision of additional documentation which hinders the effective organization of the process and complicates the process for the citizens.

This documentation will not be required from the citizens and will be received electronically making all the processes understandable and transparent. --0--
