YEREVAN, December 8. /ARKA/. Fixed capital investments in Armenian companies in 2022 grew by 14.1% year-on-year to $1.4 billion.

Armenia ranked first in terms of growth rates among other members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), according to the Eurasian Economic Commission's 2023 Yearbook.

Fixed capital investment in Kazakhstan grew by 9.2% last year, in Russia by 4.6%, in Kyrgyzstan by 4%, while Belarus recorded a 19.1% decline.

Investments in fixed capital in Armenia were the least In Kyrgyzstan they amounted to $1.6 billion, in Belarus – to $10.8 billion, in Kazakhstan – to $33.1 billion, and in Russia – to $413.1 billion. 

According to the National Statistical Committee, the largest flow of net investments in Armenia's fixed capital in the first half of 2023 came from the United Arab Emirates - AMD 103.4 billion. Investments from Russia ranked second with 87 billion drams. ($1 - AMD 403.43) -0-.
