Armenia’s domestic trade turnover amounted to a total of 1,755.8 billion drams in January-October, a 1.8% increase from the same period of the year before, ArmStat reported.

YEREVAN, December 3. /ARKA/. Armenia’s domestic trade turnover amounted to a total of 1,755.8 billion drams in January-October, a 1.8% increase from the same period of the year before, ArmStat reported.
Retail trade only totaled about 1,077 billion drams (1.6% increase) and constituted 61.3% of the overall turnover, according to the report.
Wholesale accounted for 35% of the turnover and amounted to about 614 billion drams.
According to the statistics, most part of the retail trade (69.6% or 749.8bln drams) was shop trading. Consumer goods market trading amounted to about 66.7bln drams or 6.2%. ($1=403.91drams). –0--
