Armenia to present its opportunities at Davos forum
YEREVAN, November 2. /ARKA/. Armenia will present its economic opportunities and potential at an  economic forum in Davos, prime minister Karen Karapetyan told journalists on Thursday.

"We have received an invitation to take part in the Davos forum and present our vision of development of Armenia to our Western partners," Karapetyan said. He said cooperation with European partners is developing and has nothing to do with his personality.

Stories in the Armenian media repeatedly describe Karapetyan as an emphatically pro-Russian politician who is not accepted by Western partners. And some media even argue that the impending signing of the Armenia-EU agreement will be postponed until he leaves politics.

"Today we have quite open and constructive working meetings with our Western partners: both with the ambassadors of the EU member countries, and the United States and Britain. In fact, we are talking quite openly with our partners about problems and other issues,‘ Karapetyan said. -0-
