Electricity generation in Armenia increased by 6.5% in 2024

Electricity production in Armenia in 2024 increased by 6.5% compared to 2023, the National Statistical Committee reported.

YEREVAN, January 31. /ARKA/. Electricity production in Armenia in 2024 increased by 6.5% compared to 2023, the National Statistical Committee reported.

As noted in the report, electricity generation amounted to about 9.4 billion kWh.

Moreover, this indicator was up 12.8% in December 2024 compared to December 2023, and up 3.6% compared to 2024 November. -0-
