GeoProMining President Roman Khudoliy congratulates employees of mining industry on Day of Miners and Metallurgists
YEREVAN, July 14. /ARKA/. In a congratulatory message GeoProMining President Roman Khudoliy congratulated the employees of mining industry on the Day of Miners and Metallurgists and the 70th anniversary of the foundation of Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC).
The text of the congratulatory message provided by the press service of the company reads as follows:
"Dear colleagues and friends, employees of the Combine and residents of this beautiful region! Seventy years ago, in the distant 1952 a reliable basis for the development of the economy of the Soviet Republic of Armenia was laid down.
Your compatriots built the industrial giant – the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine, which for many years served as the basis of industry and economy of the country having positive impact on the development of the country and the life of many generations.
Together with the Combine the region developed, the infrastructure changed, educational, sports and medical institutions were built. After 70 years, it is impossible to imagine the region and the development of the country without the huge contribution of the backbone enterprise.
Today the flagship of the national industry continues to work and develop, having successfully accepted all challenges; it is the number one corporate taxpayer, providing jobs for tens of thousands of citizens, fulfilling the most important social role for the state and society.
And I am sincerely glad that the fate has given me the opportunity to work with you - the wonderful working team of the Combine.
Dear colleagues, we have a lot of work to do as part of a strategy designed to develop and modernize the enterprise and increase the production volume and ensure productivity growth.
Time itself sets strategically important tasks before the staff of the Combine, as well as before the people of Armenia, aimed at further increasing the competitiveness of the national economy. We will have to solve such extremely urgent issues as expansion of mineral raw material base, production of high-tech and demanded products with high added value, increase of productivity and efficiency of production.
I am confident that the united, highly professional team of the Combine, its workers, who have a wealth of experience and skills, will honorably cope with the implementation of these program tasks.
Taking this opportunity, I would also like to congratulate the employees of the mining industry on their professional holiday and express my gratitude for your daily hard work. I sincerely wish you, your families, friends and colleagues fruitful work, good health and family happiness, peace and prosperity to this fertile and rich sunny land". --0—
