The median price per a square meter of housing in apartment buildings in Yerevan in August this year amounted to 272,463 drams, an increase of 0.04 % compared to July 2013.
YEREVAN, October 10. / ARKA /. The median price per a square meter of housing in apartment buildings in Yerevan in August this year amounted to 272,463 drams, an increase of 0.04 % compared to July 2013.
Compared to 2012 Augut it was higher by 12,000 drams, according to data, released today by the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre.
The highest price recorded in August was in the capital's administrative Kentron district – 428,000 drams per square meter, the lowest in Nubarashen district- 152,200 drams.
The median price per a square meter of housing in privately-owned homes in the capital in the reporting period amounted to 286,622 drams against 276,363 drams in 2012 August.
The median price per square meter of housing in apartment buildings beyond Yerevan increased by 0.1% compared with July. A slight increase in prices was recorded in Vedi , Vanadzor, Vardenis , Artik , Goris, Agarak , Kadjaran and Ayrum.
The highest price per square meter of real estate was registered in the resort town of Tsakhkadzor- 292,500 drams, the lowest - in Dastakert and Shamlugh – 8000 drams in northern Lori regon. . ($1 - 407.50 drams).
