Sixteen state-owned real estates with total volume of AMD 20.7 billion alienated in 2022
YEREVAN, February 8, /ARKA/. In 2022, the demand for state property subject to privatization increased significantly, according to the performance report of the State Property Management Committee, presented to Prime Minister Pashinyan on Tuesday.
According to the report, last year 16 state real estates with a total volume of AMD 20.7 billion were alienated. Private investors committed to implement investment projects of AMD 84 billion in a certain time frame.
Also, in 2022 some 220 government-owned vehicles were submitted for alienation, of which 101 were alienated. In 2023, another 654 more vehicles will be assigned to the State Property Management Committee, of which the committee plans to alienate 500 during this year.
During the first month of this year, 60 vehicles have already been alienated. At the same time, it was reported that AMD 11 billion were collected and paid to the state in 2022 for leased state properties, which is 200 percent more than in 2021. ($1 - 396.02 drams). -0-
