The Armenian National Assembly on Tuesday adopted a report on the execution of the 2021 state property privatization program.

YEREVAN, June 14. /ARKA/. The Armenian National Assembly on Tuesday adopted a report on the execution of the 2021 state property privatization program.

According to the report, in 2021, shares of two state-owned companies were privatized through auction. Also, shares of another company were privatized through direct sale.

The total amount of proceeds raised from their privatization was 407.5 million drams. Of that amount 294.5 million drams were transferred to the state budget and the rest to the budgets of the communities. ($1 - 418.64 drams). --0--
