There is shortage of gasoline, diesel fuel and gas in Artsakh
YEREVAN, December 14. /ARKA/. The closure of the Lachin corridor which is the only road connecting Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia by Azerbaijan and the blockage of natural gas supplies from Armenia have resulted in a shortage of gasoline, diesel fuel, liquefied and compressed gas, the Artsakh Information Center reported.
"In order to avoid a fuel crisis, the government of the Republic of Artsakh has asked the locala business community to switch to economy mode. The gas stations will provide fuel in the first place to ambulances, public transport and special services," the Center said.
It also noted that the population will be additionally informed about the mechanisms and procedures for providing fuel.
Citizens are urged to use fuel sparingly and to use the vehicles only in case of emergency. -0-
