A contracted serviceman died yesterday at 17:30 local time in Artsakh (Karabakh) in an accident, the press office of the republic’s defense ministry reports.

YEREVAN, August 6. /ARKA/. A contracted serviceman died yesterday at 17:30 local time in Artsakh (Karabakh) in an accident, the press office of the republic’s defense ministry reports.  

According to preliminary information, Armen Hovakimyan, 36, died while swimming in a lake.

An investigation was launched into the incident. 

The Artsakh defense ministry offered its condolences and support to the serviceman's family, relatives and friends. -0---
