City mayor of Alaverdi Artur Nalbandyan is appointed the Governor of Lori region who substituted Aram Kocharyan in this post.

YEREVAN, July 28. /ARKA/. City mayor of Alaverdi Artur Nalbandyan is appointed the Governor of Lori region who substituted Aram Kocharyan in this post.

By the decision of the government Aram Kocharyan left this post upon his own resignation letter.

In the government meeting, Armenian Premier Tigran Sargsyan said that Nalbandyan was elected a City mayor of Alaverdi twice and is respected by city population.

“Our monitoring showed that he is one of the best mayors, shows good budget performance and proved by his work that he can solve the problems of unification of people and can perform the duties of the governor”, said Sargsyan. --0--
