In his opinion, if investors are told that the law and practice in Armenia are favorable for investment, they will agree to invest.
At the same time, Sarkissian admitted that Armenia has still plenty to do to improve its investment environment.
«It is necessary to think over the country's economic and investment attractiveness, over the strengthening the rule of law and equality before the law,» he said adding that this depends not only on the authorities, but also on citizens, the society and the business community.
