Armenia’s investigation committee has already released more information about detention of Melsik Chilingaryan, a major-general at Armenia’s army, and two colonels – Armen Margaryan and Mher Papyan.
YEREVAN, June 1. /ARKA/. Armenia’s investigation committee has already released more information about detention of Melsik Chilingaryan, a major-general at Armenia’s army, and two colonels – Armen Margaryan and Mher Papyan.
According to the press release, Melsik Chilingaryan, a former head of arms control service, and Armen Margaryan, a former chief of car division at the army, are charged with abuse of powers and inaction of authorities that has inflicted heavy consequences.
Mher Papyan, chief of the army’s department in charge of supply of technical, chemical, engineering and intelligence means, is charged with negligence in office that has inflicted heavy consequences.
Investigation is under way now. ---0----
