Armenian and Karabakh defense ministers visit frontline army units

Armenian defense minister Seyran Ohanyan traveled Sunday to Nagorno- Karabakh Republic to visit its defense army’s units in the framework of defense cooperation between the two Armenian states, Nagorno-Karabakh defense army said.
YEREVAN, July 28. / ARKA /. Armenian defense minister Seyran Ohanyan traveled Sunday to Nagorno- Karabakh Republic to visit its defense army’s units in the framework of defense cooperation between the two Armenian states, Nagorno-Karabakh defense army said.
He was accompanied by Nagorno-Karabakh defense minister Movses Hakobyan. They visited a number of sections on the frontline, meeting with top military commanders.
Ohanyan and Hakobyan also looked into the state of improving ‘engineering facilities’ along with other measures designed to beef up border protection in connection with latest attempts by Azerbaijani sabotage groups to infiltrate into Nagorno-Karabakh territory.
The defense ministers also attended the groundbreaking ceremony for building a military town in the village of Kolatak of Martakert region. The funds were released by philanthropist Hayk Makhakelyan.-0-
