Armenian defense minister urges Kasprzyk to take steps to ease tension on Karabakh conflict contact line

YEREVAN, June 6. /ARKA/. Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received today Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of OSCE CiO, the defence ministry’s press office reports.

Ohanyan called on Kasprzyk to take every possible step to ease tension on the Karabakh conflict contact line, since the current escalation of confrontation pose threat to Azerbaijani side.

The OSCE representative said he will take measures to ease the tension.

On Friday, the Armenian defense ministry reported that two Armenian servicemen have been killed in the fire opened from the Azerbaijani side.

Earlier, Nagorno Karabakh’s defense ministry reported that the republic’s troops foiled an Azerbaijani special group’s attempt to cross the contact line. As a result, Azerbaijanis lost at least two people..-0----
