Seyran Ohanyan, Armenian defense minister, told journalists on Monday that the ministry will find additional resources for enhancing effectiveness of spending in 2016.
YEREVAN, May 24. /ARKA/. Seyran Ohanyan, Armenian defense minister, told journalists on Monday that the ministry will find additional resources for enhancing effectiveness of spending in 2016.
In his words, either spending or capital investments of the 2015 government budget had been performed properly.
He also said that additional resources had been attracted for strengthening the army.
Ohanyan thinks that as much as possible financial resources should be earmarked this year.
“And therefore we will try to find additional resources for enhancing effectiveness of spending,” he said. --0---
